Sorry, at the moment all of our products contain either eggs or dairy, or both. And none of them is Paleo.
Q: Does Tali’s Artisanal bakery have anything sugar free or use sugar substitutes?
No, we don’t. We believe that artificial sweeteners are way more harmful to our body than sugar, so they are out. As for honey and agave they tend to change the flavor, color, and texture of the cakes and cookies, not always to our liking. And after all, they are sugar, too. Xylitol, although recommended in very small quantities, can be harmful if used in large quantities (cooking and baking). Sorry!
Q: What does Tali’s Artisanal bakery use in the baked goods instead of flour?
We do use flour, just not flours made of wheat, barley, and rye. There are many flour options on the market today. Some have been in use for hundreds and thousands of years by Middle Eastern, Asian, African , and South American cultures. The flours we use in our baked goods are white rice, sweet rice, sorghum, almond, cornstarch, potato starch, and tapioca starch.
Q: Are you Kosher?
Not yet. But all of our ingredients are kosher.
Q: What are the serving sizes for some of your more popular products?
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend that you place your order at least 48 hours in advance. We can usually accommodate most orders, however, the more notice you give us the more likely we will be able to fulfill your order. If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please specify it in the notes section when placing your order.

Sorry, we can't make changes in our product assortments. Items are shipped as they are listed.
Q: Should I refrigerate or freeze my cakes?
We specialize in baked goods made from scratch and baked in small batches, using only the finest ingredients. Our products are made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the day received. If you plan on storing for later, tightly wrap the cake in plastic wrap and cover it with a tin foil. Cookies should be placed in an airtight container. Keep cakes and cookies in the freezer until ready to serve. Before serving, let defrost at room temperature for about an hour. If you wish to refrigerate cakes or cookies, place them in a Ziplock bag and consume within 3-4 days of delivery.

Q: Do you do events?
We do take orders for events. The desserts, however, are either shipped, delivered, or are picked up in bags and boxes. We do not set them up.
