Tali's Artisanal was founded in 2012 by Tali Abrahami to celebrate her love of baking and her love of good food. After years working part-time in various fields and concentrating on raising her three children (and husband), Tali began the process of looking for full time employment – both for income and personal fulfillment. After long consideration and discussions, Tali decided to pursue her passion for baking and share her creations with the world.
Tali learned traditional cooking and baking from her mother, grandmothers, and aunts. She also pursued her own self-guided learning in modern techniques and global flavors. Everyone would always rave about Tali’s dishes, but it’s one thing to impress your friends, it’s another to impress the critical public. So after developing her unique recipes for cakes and cookies, Tali began selling her homemade goods at local green markets where the response was overwhelmingly positive.
Increasingly, customers looking for gluten-free products would return to Tali’s stand for the two products in her repertoire that happened to be gluten-free. It quickly became clear that there was a gap in the local market for gluten free products that didn’t compromise on taste and texture. So Tali went back to the kitchen and reimagined her entire line and created a collection of gourmet desserts that are also gluten-free. She also eliminated gluten from her family’s menu at home and learned the advantages of moving to a diet free of gluten.
Tali’s recipes span the globe, showcasing modern takes on traditional flavors. All of her cakes and cookies are made from scratch - familiar enough to be comfortable and innovative enough to be interesting. Everything is handmade, in small batches, and contains only the freshest, finest ingredients like organic carrots, Belgian chocolate and fresh herbs. Oh, and everything is absolutely gluten-free. Additionally, Tali's products contain no preservatives or artificial ingredients.
